These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrepQ ("we," "us," "our"), a service of PREPQ LLC, at prepq.co. By accessing PrepQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
PrepQ is an AI-powered customer communication platform for home-service companies. It delivers licensed-trade-expert answers to customers' most common service questions across HVAC, Electrical, and Roofing via text and voice, along with appointment reminders and service-visit preparation guidance.
PrepQ is an informational reference tool. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed contractor. All service decisions must be made by qualified, licensed trade professionals based on the specific circumstances of each job.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PrepQ. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Opt-in: SMS messages from PrepQ are sent only to users who explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our registration page. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively select it to enroll. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS.
By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from PrepQ related to appointment reminders, service-visit preparation, and job status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any PrepQ text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and will not receive further messages. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PrepQ's SMS program is for service-related customer-care content only. No marketing messages will be sent via SMS.
Content provided by PrepQ is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional contracting, engineering, or safety advice. Always consult your licensed contractor for decisions about your home's systems. If you suspect an emergency — such as a gas leak, sparking or burning electrical equipment, or structural damage — do not rely on PrepQ; leave the area if necessary and contact your utility provider, a licensed professional, or 911 immediately.
All content, design, and functionality of PrepQ is the property of PrepQ and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
PrepQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepQ and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
